Responsibilities:

  • To handle rehabilitation loan receivables and monitor rental collections in respect of URA properties
  • To process disbursement of loans and subsidies
  • To prepare the financial statements for the building rehabilitation schemes funded by the Government
  • To assist in the development of data analytics on rental businesses and rehabilitation schemes
  • To support the enhancement of the existing property management system, FlexSystem, and the implementation of the new financial management system
  • To assist in the review of policies, workflows, procedures and propose changes to meet changing business needs

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant accounting experience
  • Proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in process streamlining and business intelligence system is an advantage
  • Passionate, able to work under stress and with high standard of integrity
