Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Property Management & Leasing of profolio Salary around : 28-36K - Nego. work Location: TST Responsibilities:

Oversee the leasing for company’s property portfolios, including new lease, renewal and negotiation, tenancy administration
Optimize the rental and renewal performance of the portfolio
Liaise with the agencies to identify prospective tenants for vacant units
Draft, prepare and preview tenancy agreements and give comments on tenants’ amendment
Coordinate with property management offices and building services contractors for premises renovation, repair and maintenance of fixture & fittings
Obtain market research and analyze data for Management review
Review and maintain the tenants’ database
Keep good relationship with tenants

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Property Management/Real Estate or related disciplines
Minimum 7 years’ relevant working experience in Property Management
Strong legislative experience/knowledge in real estate
Well versed with, Landlord & Tenant Consolidation Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant, Building Management Ordinance and / or related ordinances
Full knowledge in leasing documentation and procedures
High work commitment, responsible and good communication skills
Strong negotiation, detail-minded, good analytical and problem solving skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
