Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer equiries, feedback and complaints independently
  • Coordinate with other business units to look on resolution
  • Assist in preparing investigation reports
  • Prepare monthly report and statistics
  • Provide administrative support and data entry as required
     

Requirements:

  • University degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience preferably in retail banking, complaint handling or customer service
  • Good knowledge of general banking products, services and operations is an advantage
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Responsible, patient, customer-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
