The Role:

To support our continuous business, we are recruiting a Senior Officer to support business development on our Business Experience Center. This role will be ideal for candidates who enjoys working as Customer Services, and have attention to customer experience evaluation and insights.

Reports to: Assistant Manager, Retail Experience & Education

Responsibilities

  • Execute & Report on Customer Experience related evaluation, such as New Member shopping experience and Brand Unique Consultation Activities (HSS, Yutaka Treatment and Make Up Service etc)
  • Assist on providing Customer related insights, including Customer Shopping Preferences, Market Trends and Experience Expectations, with the analytic perspectives from Beaute Research, Consumer Insight Community and After Sales Enquiries.
  • Ensure performance of Beauty Experience Center, not only limited to smooth operation & achieving Sales target, but also high Customer Satisfaction & continuous Team Development
  • Be able to identify area of success and area of improvement from Customer Obsessed perspective. Suggest action plans to Managers that will strengthen the performance.

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in beauty or retail and with good customer services skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent analytical capability and attention to details Creative, passionate and excellent in problem solving with positive attitude Strong leadership and supervisory skill
  • High self-motivated
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
