The company also sells handbags, accessories and men’s footwear. Belle International is the largest retailer of ladies’ footwear in the PRC. As at 28 February 2017, the total number of company-managed retail outlets of the Group reached 20,716 in the PRC and approximately 125 retail outlets in Hong Kong and Macau. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, organize and undertake training in forms of courses, workshops, seminars and activities, especially field coaching and regular shop visits for frontline staff and evaluate the overall training effectiveness
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis, design, develop and deliver in-house training courses and tailor-made workshops to enhance technical competences, work knowledge and soft skills development
  • Develop and organize staff relations / team building projects
  • Liaise with external consultants to identify course and event objectives and content
  • Refine and monitor the mystery shopper program in order to achieve the service target
  • Review and maintain training database and consolidate training reports for management review

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or business related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' solid training experience, preferably gained from fashion retail chains
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs for frontline staff, as well as shaping customer service culture
  • Self-motivated, well organized, independent and good team player
  • Strong in facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
