About our client

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Formulate and execute promotion plan of Modular Integrated Construction (“MiC"), including arranging and organizing workshops, seminars, events and conferences
  • Maintain an online information hub including information research and analysis , compiling reports, study brief, etc.
  • Supervise the general administration and guided tours of the MiC Display Centre for introducing the vision, mission and various features of the MiC and the thematic exhibitions
  • Coordinate and manage assignments or studies undertaken by external vendors and consultants
  • Liaise with stakeholders and relevant parties on matters in relation to MiC and the construction industry

Qualification & Experience

  • Holding a recognised Degree, preferably in construction-related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification work experience in providing secretariat or administrative support to sizable organisations
  • Experience of organizing workshops, seminars, events and conferences
  • Knowledge or experience in construction industry is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
