To support Manager on marketing analytics and provide actionable insights to the brands for better planning on both acquisition and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage on analytics tools such as social listening tool, Google Analytics 360, Double click to gauge actionable insights on web and media analytics to make suggestions to brands for support ongoing digital strategy
  • Manage external agencies across different platforms such as social analytics and media analytics, media agencies to drive the best solutions and deliverable for the company
  • Support group initiatives and identify trends and insights, optimize campaign performance based on the data
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for various marketing activity types (i.e. lead generation campaigns, event marketing, and branded advertising)
  • Prepare regular reports to evaluate the productivity of marketing activities, present results and trends to stakeholders and make recommendations for optimization and continuous performance improvement
     

Basic Qualifications

  • University graduate in Marketing or related discipline
  • 4-5 years of working experience in digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data – Certified in Google Analytics Individual Qualification will be a plus
  • Detail orientation and sensitivity in data and analytics
  • Proactive and strong entrepreneurship mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Persistence and passion in making things happen
  • Agility to embrace change and keen in learning
