Job Responsibilities:

  • Review, update, test and enhance the compliance frameworks on the Company's various business activities and initiatives, including formulating and implementation of internal control by drafting and revising policies and procedures
  • Handle SFC licensing matters/KYC checks
  • Maintain the proper filing system of legal documents
  • Assist to review, maintain and enhance the existing compliance manual and other policies and procedures
  • Work closely with back office, front office, internal and external auditors, lawyers and regulatory authorities on compliance issues
  • Assist in preparing company secretarial documents, non-disclosure and other legal agreements
  • Perform ad hoc projects or any other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Law, Accounting, Finance; or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of compliance experience in asset management or similar financial institute
  • Team player, responsive with commitment, strong communication and analytical skills as well as high degree of professional maturity
  • Able to work independently, self-initiative, detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediate available is preferred
