You will work closely with a team of HR professionals to handle a board spectrum of human resources functions, with main focus on compensation & benefits duties. You will also take an active role in handling recruitment & selection and various HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and compile various routine and ad hoc C&B and people management reports and analysis
  • Handle routine C&B functions including payroll and benefit administration, staff cost budgeting, remuneration and benefit review, etc.
  • Assist in review, formulation and implementation of various C&B policies and procedures as well as streamlining daily operations and procedures for operational excellence
  • Take part in the enhancement project of HRIS
  • Assist in formulation and implementation of various HR initiatives and handle ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate, majoring in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience gained in sizeable organization
  • Solid C&B experience is a pre-requisite
  • Knowledge in HR data analysis and/or business intelligence tools for HR management is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS is essential
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Highly organized with strong analytical mind, attentive to details and sensitive to figures
  • A good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectations
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
