Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating the training strategies, annual training plans and budgets
  • Identify the training needs, design and deliver training to retail and office staff through different training strategies & solutions
  • Develop and execute customer service programs, work together with different business units to uplift the brand service level, facilitate frontline staff to achieve the sales and service goals
  • Coordinate with different departments in launching new development programs and other organization development initiatives
  • Prepare and consolidate statistical report and feedback surveys of training programs/projects
  • Take part in ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or related discipline
  • 5 years training experience in retail or other service sector, experience in luxury Retail Brand is an advantage
  • Have great passion in training and development, highly motivated, dynamic and proactive
  • Possess strong facilitation skills with outgoing & persuasive characters
  • Creative mindset in program design & delivery
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills
  • Good in written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
