We are looking for suitable candidate with following key responsibilities:

  • Sales incentive management include cost modelling, proposal sign-off, payment validation and benefit tracking
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc management and sales reports for Management’s review
  • Perform data mining and business analysis, identify exceptional trend and make process improvement recommendation to Management
  • Support budget monitoring and expense reconciliation, identify and followup on irregular charges. Assist annual operation budget review and approval
  • Database management with timely and proper filing system in accordance with internal and regulatory guidelines

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics or equivalent
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in budget management data analysis and performance management
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
  • High capacity to organize and prioritize assignments with autonomy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Life AS400 a plus
