  • Assist supervisor to plan and develop working measurement for business units base on the banking strategy. Monitor business operation, analysis and notify the daily operation flow and provide improvement plan for enhancement, lead and manage area staff work conform to the bank and regulatory standard in order to enhance bank operational efficiency
  • Assist supervisor to communicate with internal and external departments and manage branch business and administration work operate in good standard
  • Supervise and setup the resources allocation plan with branch to ensure the effectiveness of daily activities
  • Plan and develop business centralization project to enhance and simplify branch operation procedure
  • Support frontline, report progress to supervisor in time to facilitate the implementation of overall strategy and planning, setup measurement and proposal by division of labour function to enhance overall efficiency
  • Analysis and notify the daily operation flow, provide recommendation of improvement for the operation obstacle
  • Supervise all business operation conform to bank and regulatory standard
  • Assist supervisor to formulate related business strategy, direction and year plan
  • Coordinate and verify the development and requirement of retail system (computer system) by applying practical analysis of resources allocation and usage for conformity


  • Degree holder or above with major in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or Marketing disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experiences in Banking or Finance or other related fields, including 2 year working experience in administration management
  • Diploma holder with 8 years or above working experiences in branch operation will also be considered
  • Equipped with business planning and strategy development experiences
  • Equipped with project management, emergency handling and training development skills
  • Good written English and Chinese skill
  • Knowledgeable of Information Technology, research, statistical science and IT application
  • Familiar with all business operation in banking industry and principle of operation improvement; knowledgeable of risk management concept and principle
  • Knowledgeable of Issuance of the Code of Banking Practice, the Bank’s Policies, related banking ordinances, and other regulator requirements
