Our client is one of the well-known education providers in Hong Kong, they are seeking to hire a outstanding Senior Operation Manager / Operation Director to play a crucial role in decision making and oversee the school’s day to day operation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • He / She will be a strong team player with the strategic and operational leadership skills to contribute effectively and collaboratively as a key member of our high performing leadership team. The person has to be report directly to the General Manager
  • Experience of leading teams in Hong Kong and China, delivering operational processes to support different departments, includes sales team, teaching team and Support Team
  • Work Closely with the principal and the academic teams at the campus
  • Responsible for planning and implementing the campus expansion in HK and China

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferable in Education
  • Experience in Operations and teaching preferably with strong knowledge in pre-school or school sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work multi tasks and work independently
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Flexible with working hours, may require some travel
