Job Description

  • Formulate and implement business strategies and plans to achieve organizational sales targets and revenues
  • Oversee operation of F&B outlet to ensure all procedures and guidelines are effectively enforced, and to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee inventory management of branches to ensure customer demands are met efficiently through sufficient product inventory
  • Drive operations manpower planning and manage all aspects of F&B operations and frontline staff
  • Oversee Management Team in regards to training, ensuring fulfilment of responsibilities, motivation and their career path
  • Regular review of the budget for staff costs, food costs and etc

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in F&B chain store management, with at least 3 years at retail management role
  • Extensive experience in branch management, people management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with knowledge in Mandarin preferred
