The Job

  • Client: Retail Industry on Food and Snack
  • Position: Senior Operations Manager (Retail)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage all aspects of Retail Operations on retail shops and frontline staffs
    • Responsible to formulate and implement retail sales strategy, develop and manage stores in inventory management, and driving KPI and sales performance
    • Lead and develop teams to achieve company targets (Sales, service standards and customer satisfaction etc.)
    • Work with Marketing Department on advertising and promotion campaigns
    • Work with HR Department on staff development and succession plan
  • $35-55K+, 5 day, medical, bonus

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in retails industry preferably in food and snack industry is a MUST
  • Good customer understanding and awareness
  • Strong leadership skill with proven ability to motivate and lead a team of retail
