Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing procurement orders, formulating supply chain strategy and perform cost management;
  • Implement sourcing strategy to ensure the company has negotiated with supplier on the best competitive pricing, terms and delivery;
  • Review and formulate purchasing plan and policies for all aspects of business
  • Maintain good quality and stable supply of materials;
  • Maintain good relationship with local and overseas suppliers;
  • Perform supplier assessment and supplier selection;
  • Collaborate with internal departments in conducting effective procurement activities
  • Perform ad hoc duty as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 8 years solid working experience gained from FMCG or F&B industry in Food purchasing, with at least 2 years at managerial level;
  • Self-initiative, positive thinking and able to meet tight time schedule;
  • Good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Experience of working to ISO/HACCP or ISO 22000 requirements
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese;
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
