What You’ll Do

Your role is to conduct quality inspection of new residential / commercial projects. To ensure the units achieved quality standard prior to handover to owners / residents / tenants. 

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Conduct Quality Inspection of new residential / commercial projects.
  • To ensure the units achieved quality standard prior to handover to owners / residents / tenants.  
  • As a contact point to communicate with owners / residents / tenants and follow up their concerns and needs relating to technical issues.
  • Assists superiors to plan, conduct and monitor the renovation, improvement, alteration and additional works of the Property to be completed within timeline, budget and quality standards.
  • Assists superiors to prepare the work specifications, schedules and requirements of renovation, improvement, alteration and addition works of the Property; monitors the work progress, workmanship and the quality and reports to superiors regularly.
  • Provides technical guidance or support to subordinates.

Develop and maintain good relations with owners, residents, contractors, government and statutory bodies 

 

Who You Are

Experience You’ll Need 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least with 5 years' relevant experience in building renovation and maintenance works
  • Holder of Registered Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade A0) or above will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in PC applications, fluent written and spoken English and Chinese are prerequisites
  • Dynamic and energetic with good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Those with more experience would be considered as Deputy Manager –Technical Services
