Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee different project execution from design to completion with time, cost and quality control;
  • Evaluate development potential for different sites;
  • Monitor the design development from concept to detail design;
  • Formulate a team of consultants for execution of projects;
  • Supervise the Project Managers during execution from design, tendering, contract administration to completion;
  • Address requirements from both internal and external statutory requirements;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or relevant disciplines;
  • Qualified HKIA or relevant professionals;
  • Experience in large scale mix-used projects in HK, Macau and PRC will be a definite advantage;
  • Minimum 10 years relevant project management experience, in which 5  years in managerial level, with exposure in developers / professional firms;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Strong in strategy development and implementation with business acumen;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and able to establish relationship with all levels of people;
  • Able to work proactively and under pressure;
  • Frequent travel may be necessary.
