FINANCE OFFICE

The appointee is expected to assist the Project Manager/Assistant Finance Manager to revamp the Financial Information System (FIS) and implement IT projects of the Finance Office. He/She is also expected to provide support in project planning, analysis, coordination, integration of project activities and evaluation of the impact of projects or initiatives of Finance Office. The appointee is also responsible for test case preparation, system integration test, user acceptance test, user training as well as user support.

Applicants should possess (a) a first degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or other related disciplines, and preferably a professional accounting qualification; (b) minimum five years of relevant experience, of which two years must be at supervisory level; (c) good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; (d) strong analytical skills and sense of commitment; (e) good initiative and interpersonal skills; and (f) proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Applicants with less work experience or lower qualifications may be considered for the post of Project Officer.

Work Location: the Finance Office is currently on the Kowloon Tong campus and will relocate to Tsuen Wan campus by the end of this year.
