Our client, a prestigious property investment landlord is urgently looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic for HK residential and commercial portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall property management and up-keep for the company's high end residential and grade A commercial portfolio
  • Lead and supervise property management team, maintenance contractors and technical staff on a daily basis
  • Compile related documents and record keeping, compliance control systems and ensure the team members to follow the same guidelinesve
  • Plan and carry out preventative inspections to the company provisions and arrange upgrading/ improvement works
  • Audit and administer out-sourced contractors and suppliers to ensure safety and quality are delivered
  • Arrange tenders/contracts, monitor and follow up the progress and workmanship of reinstatement, improvement works
  • Handle tenant complaints and carry out corrective tentatively
  • Work closely with Leasing Team for hand-or inspections
  • Attend all emergencies and react on a timely basis
  • Communicate with Governmental departments when required
  • Prepare annual budget, including contract service expenses, preventative maintenance costs, energy management expenses, repairing cost, improvement and capital items

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder with relevant professional qualification in Housing Management, such as HKIFM, MHKIM, MCIH, RICS etc
  • At least 18 years experience with registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) and 7 years or above in managerial grade is preferred
  • Exposure in high-end residential and grade A commercial portfolio is desirable
  • Well versed with building management and maintenance, such as Building Management Ordinance, Security and Guarding Laws etc
  • Self-motivated, proactive with positive thinking mentality
