We are currently looking for a Senior Property Officer to provide property management services in managing a renovated Industrial Building in New Territories West. You will be responsible for supervising the team to perform daily building operation and administration duties, monitoring repair & maintenance works, monitoring the performance of vendors/contractors, other duties related to building management

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Diploma or above in Property Management/Housing Studies related discipline
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in which 2 years' must be at supervisory level
  • Previous experience in managing similar building preferred
  • Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant
