Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with residents/tenants.
  • Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required.
  • Attend regular meetings and prepare management/financial reports.
  • Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams.
  • Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents/tenants.
  • Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property management.
  • Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances
  • Service oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
