- We are looking for SENIOR QA MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Manage QA function of China and Cambodian factories
- Facilitate the factory quality teams by setting objectives, clear standards, and guidelines to ensure effective cooperation with all suppliers and business counterparts.
- Define and implement global quality standards, policies, and procedures for the company
- Provide technical advice to buyers, manufacturers, and merchandisers
- Develop, monitor, and measure quality KPI and implement corrective action plans to improve performance
- Work with internal HR and 3rd-party suppliers to ensure all are aware and trained on quality expectations
- Source new tech for further enhance quality efficiency
- Maintain and refines group QMS
- Degree holder preferably in Textile & Clothing / IE / Manufacturing / Quality or equivalent
- 10 years of solid apparel QA experience in sizeable garment manufacturers (knit or woven), in which 5 years solid management experience in QA team
- An ability to identify relevant solutions to address the needs of the customer or sales team
- Fast learner and able to influence suppliers for improvements
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel, and Chinese word processing
- Good in spoken & written English, fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
- Frequent travel to China & Cambodia
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
