Responsibilites

  • Oversee front-of house duties and supervise a team of front-of-house staff, i.e. receptionist and tea lady
  • Interface with external customers and internal customers of all levels
  • Handle email enquiries and incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Handle reservation and venue setting of meeting rooms
  • Handle correspondence and courier arrangements
  • Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness and decoration of the front-of house area
  • Work with tea lady to provide tea services to clients and organize light lunch/refreshment for internal meetings
  • Handle general administration duties such as procurement of pantry/office supplies, office/equipment repair/maintenance, data entry & record updating, etc.
  • Manage the printed stationery and miscellaneous supplies at Front of House
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and clerical support as assigned

Requirements:

  • High level of English and Canontese is a must.
  • Energetic / friendly candidate with great personality
  • 8 year experience+ in as an Administrative Assistant or relvant experience i.e. Office Assistant
  • At least 2 years supervision experience
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (words, excel, ppt)
  • Solid communication skills /interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available candidate is higly preferred
