Senior Recruitment Officer / Recruitment Officer 

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Bachelor degree or above in HRM or related disciplines

- At least 3-5 years exp. in all round recruitment activities and resourcing with exposure in property / insurance / retail or related industry

- Strong sense of responsibility, creative, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded 

- Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment 

- Strong attention to detail, a god team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and good team player

- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer

 

Job Duties:

- Perform the entire process of recruitment activities from sourcing, screening and selection, conducting interviews, offer proposal, new staff orientation and maintain staff records, recruitment talk, exit-interview

- Work closely with the line managers to understand the recruitment needs, perform recruitment strategies as well as review manpower planning 

- Source new recruitment channels and organize recruitment programs such as recruitment day, campus recruitment, exhibitions, seminars, road show, etc. 

- Participate in formulating and implementing HR policies and guidelines

- Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review

- Conduct recruitment talk in English and Mandarin
