  • We are looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (RFID) - with details as follows :
  • Report to the Vice President
  • Work independently for HK and South China business
  • Responsible for business development with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation.
  • Formulate market development plans, positioning, pricing strategy and competitive advantage of the solutions to customer.
  • Solicit and analyze market feedback including review from sales team, surveys, focus group of key customers, to surface new ideas or application to global/regional solution team and overall market viability of product in development
  • Identify business opportunities and develop selling strategies and executing those strategies.
  • Work with cross functional team to propose solutions that help contribute to operation and sales efficiency
  • Understanding market and competitive landscape, conducting competitor analysis
  • Vendor management
  • University degree in Business Management, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 8 to 10 years of solid experience including minimum 3 years in sales & marketing.
  • Experience in RFID is highly prefer
  • Excellent client engagement, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong selling, consulting and negotiation skill
  • China trip for client visits
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary plus performance bonus
  • Medical benefits
  • Annual leave : 12 days
  • Candidates with more solid experience in RFID will be considered for the post of Senior Business Development Manager
