The Job

  • Accountable for delivering annual budgeted sales and profit
  • Accountable for defining coherent business growth strategy and related sales planning & forecasting
  • Explore new business opportunities, gain market share and deliver profitable growth in both existing and new market segments
  • Collaborate with global & regional business development teams to capture potential opportunities
  • Lead the negotiation and evolution of contracts & tenders, formulate pricing structures and services package
  • Development and maintain good client relationships, provide effective solutions and resolve escalated customer queries for revenue growth, customer retention and customer satisfaction

The Person

  • Degree Holder or above
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Proven selling & negotiation skills; excellent interpersonal and customer services skills
  • Confident to work in a multi-national and fast changing environment
  • Have solid sales experience to achieve budgeted sales and profit target
  • Have demonstrable sales leadership experience through driving profitable growth and winning deals
  • Knowledge with international trading such as import & export and shipping will be an advantage
