Executive Summary

  • Accelerate the market focus for our Door Solutions
  • Business Expansion in Commercial and Institutional projects
  • Business Expansion focus in New Built projects, Renovations and Maintenance & Service contracts

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop specifications with Architects, Designers and Consultants
  • Identify new projects, achieve specifications, prepare tender documentation& quotations and follow thru until successful order entry and implementation
  • Achieve sales targets with assigned projects and customers
  • Build-up and grow the network and relationship with key partners and customers, particularly Developers, Contractors and Facility Management teams.
  • Closely cooperate with our Sales and Technical team members

 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years sales experience in Building Materials in general Is a MUST
  • Aggressive, self-motivated & able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong network with architects, designers and consultants is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Automatic doors or one of our product categories is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of related technology and industry trends.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of Cantonese and English
