What you will do

  • The role will be responsible for developing, co-coordinating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to ensure ShopperTrak achieve budgeted revenue and profitability growth as defined by the overall ShopperTrak long term strategic plan
  • Achieve overall business goals and objectives in sales and new business development, as determined by the Global Sales Director, Regional Director and ShopperTrak Board

How you will do it

  • Account Growth — Proactively and frequently initiate client-facing business development meetings in the Retail and Retail Property industries and identify and close new revenue opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual sales budgets
  • Territory Planning — Responsible for developing and maintaining a detailed territory plan including the identification and qualification of key accounts, specific account strategies, activity KPI’s and competitive analysis
  • Account Planning — Responsible for thoroughly understanding the client’s business, objectives, operating needs, business processes and economic drivers. Perform business process and operational reviews, identifies opportunities and proactively develops specific recommendations for client business improvement. Provide clients with accurate and tangible return on investment analysis from implementing the ShopperTrak solution
  • Consultative and Strategic —Provide clients with industry-focused thought leadership, consultation and insight to assist them in driving the most value from the ShopperTrak solutions
  • Account Management — Manage our relationship with the account on an ongoing basis; to include new sales, additional product, renewals, and customer care
  • Competitive Intelligence — Responsible for keeping up to date with and documenting competitor activities and development in the SEA market
  • Provide Accurate and Timely Sales Planning & Forecasting processes by developing sales initiatives and programs to achieve the organization’s overall strategic plans
  • Provide senior management with timely reports and analyses on sales performance, current and future market trends and competitive activity, and making recommendations on the strategic impact of these changes
  • Manage regional sales efforts, activities and results and assist in development and execution of sales strategies Create and execute go-to-market plans for broader SEA business including but not limited to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia markets

What we look for 

Required:

  • Bachelor degree in business / management related disciplines
  • 8 to 12 years solution selling experience in a B2B environment of which over 3 years as sales leader, ideally in the retail / retail property industries
  • Ability to position a multi-faceted system solution to a variety of buying influences, including technical and purchasing decision makers Experience in long term sales processes selling complex solutions to multiple contacts
  • Experience in building and managing customer relationships to seek out and identify new business opportunities
  • Proven record of successfully growing a business with expanded customers and markets
  • Demonstrate ability to negotiate, influence and manage risk
  • Excellent presentation skills with good spoken & written English and Chinese
