The Job

  • Client: A Well-known Express Logistics / Air Freight Company
  • Position: Senior Sales & Marketing Manager (Express Logistics / eCommerce / O2O)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for business units of digital parcel lockers, e-logistics, and App-based courier/delivery platform
    • Establish new business unit to aggressively expand its presence in “to-home” express delivery market in Hong Kong
    • Design and build an eCommerce ecosystem in the local market to facilitate the demand of home delivery
    • Develop new business model to the corporate and SME clients, with an ultimate goal of becoming a close business partner with clients to better serve their customers through a seamless eCommerce logistic solutions
    • Build and lead teammates to achieve sales aspirations
  • $35-55K, 5 day, medical, bonus

 

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Sales, Marketing or relevant discipline
  • At least 8-10 years of corporate and SME sales experience, of which at least 2 years in management position
  • Familiar with new media sales & marketing and possess creativity to pioneer new sales or marketing gimmicks
  • Strong in leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills 
  • Proactive & able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
  • Good command of spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good computer skill in Excel and Power point and Chinese word processing
