Position Objectives & Summary:

The objectives of this position are to support Relationship Managers (RM) and distribution function of the IFA to achieve the business objectives assigned through the following:

  • Providing administration supports to the department to achieve the assigned business objectives
  • Working closely with internal and external clients to meet the tight timeline and SLA
  • Supporting partners’ sales activities by providing sales aids to business partners
  • Handling incoming phone & email enquiries on products / services in a professional manner
  • Responsible for carrying out clerical support work and daily operation tasks
  • Participating in business projects as required

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Managing enquiries from business partners via email and hotline regarding to new and renewal business
  • Working closely with the internal departments to fulfill SLA
  • Providing day to day administration, including inventory management, delivery

 

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Secondary graduate or above, prefer university graduate
  • With minimum 3 years related experience, prefer brokerage team under insurance industry (with less experience, we may consider officer grade)
  • Proactive, able to manage multi-tasks simultaneously and follow up the works to meet the SLA
  • Passed in IIQE paper 1,3, and 5; knowledge in life insurance products (including but not limit to endowment plan, ILAS, and critical illness)
  • Customer centric and detailed mind, able to work independently and willing to work over time
  • Excellent presentation and people skills
  • General PC skills in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Chinese typing
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken Mandarin and English
