Responsibilities:

  • Closely work with Global Supply Planning Manager to develop the best in class supply planning processes, capable of flexibility in changing environment
  • Manage Monthly rolling forecast consolidation, forecast accuracy check and capacity plan update. Running calculation to identify capacity constrain. Follow up with sourcing / product development teams proactively to identify strategies to close the gap
  • Manage Monthly Buy Process via Phoenix. Process involves logic building, data source validation, data mapping and upload. This involves coordination work with Regional Planning teams and Sourcing offices with planning sense to back up
  • To lead Pre-Season Preparation: Lead-Time file and capacity offer check. Manage item set up process with US MDM team and Bangalore Data Entry Team
  • To lead Seasonal Buy Alignment Meeting Discussion. Work with Regional Planning teams to define first agreed buy date and fabric strategy of each style. Give recommendation if needed.
  • Responsible for Monthly Buy Consensus Process. Work with regional planning / sourcing offices to consolidate buy, to confirm CRD and check upcharge spending. Give recommendation if needed
  • Manage Weekly Shortage & Delay Reporting Process. Timely update shipment status to BU-planning. Monitor demand and supply match to support brand, to hit sales launch
  • Serves as a complex touch point for any order inquiry, shipment follow up, so to support regions’ inventory KPI, to give supply chain solution to support brand.

 

Required Experience / Skills / Education:

  • Passionate about “SMART” process – quarterly meeting with regions to understand the latest global sourcing trend and strategies. Flexible buy strategies, seasonal and monthly calendars to deliver Speed to Market, to support the brand growth
  • Ability to communicate: strong in global acumen, able to work with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds, always demonstrating integrity & respect. Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. This position requires flexibility in working hours – to participate / lead zoom meetings across regions.
  • Ability to influence: able to connect with regional planning and sourcing teams, using data and fact to back up rationale, to get buy-in for new supply chain solutions / processes
  • Experience in building SOP and training material
  • Knowledge of time and action in apparel production from seasonal calendar, sample ordering, to capacity planning
  • Strong sense of coordination, high customer focus with an ability to drive for results
  • Strong in excel, data analysis and ppt building. Experiences with Project management / SAP implementation will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 4 years’ plus solid working experience in supply / demand planning with international company
  • This position requires 50% in order management and coordination, 50% in analysis and process design / enhancement. Scope: Global (6 regions and 5 sourcing offices)
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Supervisor role
