Client Details

My client is a reputable bank with strong presence and client base in Hong Kong.

Description

Main Responsibilities:
* Design training curricula and sales capability assessment
* Produce training presentation and deliver hands on sales training to colleagues
* Understand the strengths and weaknesses of each salespersons and help improve their performance
* Analyse and follow up on feedback from trainees and line managers on the effectiveness of training courses

Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing and delivery sales and service training, preferably in retail banking or financial industry.
  • Good planning and coaching skills, with the ability to manage the full training cycle
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design of Competency Based program
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
