Responsibilities

  • Participate in formulating and implementing the training and development plans in order to support the business development
  • Identify training needs, develop and deliver training manuals and programs (both in-house and external) to the frontline store staff
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection function and other related HR issues
  • Manage quality assurance program to uplift the service standard of the stores
  • Assist in other HR duties and ad hoc projects as required
  • Handling customer complaint

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 3 years relevant work experience in sizable organizations, with exposure in F&B/retail industry is definitely an asset
  • Able to work independently and under tight schedule
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is desirable
  • Immediate available is preferred
