We are currently operating more than 60 retail outlets in Hong Kong and Macau. Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs, design and develop various training programs
  • Liaise with other departments, partner and external parties on training arrangement, development, logistic and coordination
  • Formulate and execute training strategies and plans that are aligned with business strategies and organizational objectives
  • Prepare and control overall training and development budgets and expenses
  • Deliver In-store training programs including Product training, Coaching Skill, Selling Skill, Quality Services for all levels of staff in retail and corporate level, and conduct orientation to the new joiners
  • Evaluate the training performance, and conduct action plan for enhancement/improvement
  • Supervise subordinates on daily operation and provide coaching for complaint resolution
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
  • 8 years solid training and development experiences, preferably in sizeable company
  • Experience in FMCG / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Retail Industries is definately an advantage
  • Good training sense in terms of course development, design and evaluation
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and able to multi-task and think creatively
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager
  • Immediate availability preferred.
