DESCRIPTION

  • Assist and support supervisor to work with one of key distribution channels on new and renewal businesses
  • Work closely with the whole team to achieve production and SLA target
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with distributors by providing good quality of services and deliverables
  • Participate in promotion campaigns, producer training and sales operation projects
  • Prepare management reports
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Underwriting Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • 5 years working experience or above, preferable with experience in insurance/banking
  • IIQE paper I & II and with sound knowledge of General Insurance products is an advantage
  • Literally and orally fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, customer oriented
  • Mature, patient, with good communication and problem solving skill
  • A good team player with positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
