Client Details

Our client is the one of the popular mobile payment service under a multinational conglomerate company. To expand the market share in HK, they are currently adding new headcount within their business and looking for a detail-minded researcher to study the customer behavior and market trend in order to facilitate the payment service.

Description

By identifying the appropriate research techniques and business measurements, this person will be responsible for exploring the key factors that affect customer experience and understand the motivation and needs behind the users. You will also design and conduct user-centered research and usability testing to generate insights on market trend and user needs, as well as share actionable recommendations with different stakeholders on continuous improvement for the product. Collaborating closely with UX/UI, creative, IT, marketing and growth teams, you are used to ensure the design work meet or even exceed client expectations and feasible to implement.

Profile

  • At least 5 years of working experience in UX related field, ideally from mobile/ web product/ advertising industry and research company

  • Working knowledge of all aspects of design research

  • Strong strategic, analytics and problem solving abilities

  • Strong curiosity with new technologies and methods to push learning in new direction

  • Good command of both English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua
