We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Customer Relations.

In this role, you will

  • Handle customer feedback from commercial banking customers received through various means, in order to reestablish, retain and grow profitable customer relationships.
  • Identify possible areas for improvement in products, service delivery and processes within the Bank.
  • Provide specialized and prime service recovery on services including banking, investment and insurance and complaints forwarded from regulatory bodies and senior management
  • Maintain service excellence and effectiveness in professional handling of customer response
  • Recommend service strategies and actions in recovering, retaining and building customer relationship
  • Facilitates effective consolidation of expertise and knowledge in customer response handling
  • Ensures all service recovery actions adheres to Group Compliance, Audit policies and requirement

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • University graduate with a degree in business, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Seasoned banking experience with commercial banking knowledge. Previous experience in customer complain handling is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong objection handling skills.
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and to support teamwork.
  • Strong analytical skills and attentive to details.
  • Professional verbal and written Chinese, English communication skills
