The Job: 

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff members from different units to raise our service standards, enhance customer experience and promote our service & products
  • Ensure smooth operation of service centers to meet higher expectations of customers
  • Proactively explore customized and new ways to provide best customer services
  • Collect customers’ feedback to enhance our customer service
  • Prepare customer service reports and make recommendations to strengthen customer service culture

The Person:

  • University graduate in Management Studies or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in service or retail operation, preferably in Telecom industry
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Possess strong leadership and competent on people management
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with good mix of experience and qualifications will also be considered
