Dynamics of the Role

​Consumer Interactive, Inc. is the consumer subsidiary of TransUnion. We provide the tools, resources and education to help manage their credit health and achieve their financial goals.

 

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Provide professional services for credit report purchasing with brief explanation of its content
  • Provide professional advice to consumer on credit scoring
  • Handle consumers’ enquiries and requests with professional manner
  • Day-end Transaction Verification
  • Provide support to other team members on different tasks

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2 years of consumer service experience with face-to-face interaction with consumers
  • Previous experience in credit card / loans related position would be an advantage
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese on both written and spoken capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
