Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Mainly interface with Japanese speaking users to perform system operation and IT related procedures in a sizeable and reputable IT Contact Centre/ Service Desk
  • Conduct daily system administration and troubleshooting, apply remediation to system related problems to resolve users enquiries, and divert the defined enquiries to the next level of handling parties
  • Provide daily support to the operational tasks including control data backup and restoration, performing change and configuration, conducting daily walkthrough and routine checking of the computing systems, recording performance statistics and monitoring the performance of computer systems, etc.
  • Perform the above tasks in order to meet the corresponding service level agreement (SLA) to serve our customers


Requirements

  • Higher certificate holder or equivalent educational background with>3 years experience preferably in IT or Contact Centre field
  • Fluent in spoken Japanese is a MUST, preferably able to communicate in verbal and written English or Chinese
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Office; knowledge in Active Directory, Exchange Server and AIX/Linux Administration is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Data Center Operation or holding any Professional Certificate is a high advantage
  • Responsible and mature, have a sense of responsibility
  • Mainly work in office hours, Monday to Friday, 9a.m. to 6p.m.; able to support shift duties is a high advantage
