The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned maintenance and services subscription targets in the Service Business team.

The Job

  • Acquire voice & data service contracts and professional service contracts from assigned customer accounts
  • Provide excellent and comprehensive customer relationship management to the responsible public and private sector accounts
  • Strive hard to win-back the untapped service users to increase service revenue and market share of the Company
  • Manage the whole service sales cycle from service selling to service contract completion
  • Able to co-ordinate all requirement with both Customers and internal counterparts to deliver the service contracts and payments.

The Person

  • University degree with at least 2 years of IT&T sales or customer service experience, OR post secondary education with 3 or more years of  IT&T sales & service experiences
  • Knowledge in the process of bid documents is an advantage
  • Knowledge in unified communication services (PBX/IPT) is desirable
  • Aggressive, mature, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication, canvassing and presentation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
