Description

  • Responsible to maintain the total operations including to coordinate and including manpower arrangement, class scheduling, reporting, customer services, inventory (learning materials)
  • Work with academic staff and maximise profits by providing strategic class schedules and all relevant areas
  • Provide clear feedback to fellow staff members and offer appropriate training on regular basis
  • Responsible for all marketing planning and scheduling of events
  • Manage customer feedback and handle all feedback in professional prompt manner at all times
  • Maintain the wellness of the centre environment and ensure both staff and client's need are well balanced
  • Set role model for all staff and lead with integrity

Profile

  • Experienced (at least 1-2 years) in supervisory position in Operations
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese communication (including Mandarin)
  • Particularly strong in customer servicing and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and positive attitude towards day-to-day interaction with children
  • Keen learner at all times, and curious to explore with a growth mindset
  • Prior experience in education sector may be in advantage
