We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Services Associate.

In this role, you will

  • Responsible for the sampling checks for pre and post shipment loans, Anti Money Laundering flagged transactions and sanction check following global procedure, in order to ensure adherence to all Financial Crime Compliance related controls
  • Plan and prepare quality assurance schedule annually
  • Prepare quality assurance dashboard to senior management to analyze trends and identifying potential risk for the team
  • Provide feedback and share best practice to services teams and Global Service Centre on Quality Assurance findings to promote the quality of Financial Crime Compliance controls
  • Responsible for risk and error Management Information reporting to management, Business Risk and Control Management and external teams
  • Responsible for Management Control File data consolidation and review
  • Provide input to Business Risk and Control Management monthly dashboard
  • Deliver excellent customer service and provide top quality trade services and solutions to customers
  • Ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything we do both personally and as an organisation by driving a customer centric culture
  • Monitor service quality standards adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements internally and externally
  • Monitor quality of which we take appropriate action and escalating where appropriate
  • Proactively identify problems and effectively work to resolve them sharing best practice with other teams

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in trade products, operations, Trade Cycle and customer service
  • Good understanding of Customer Groups and supporting business initiatives
  • Good understanding of Operational Risk related to the underlying Trade Transactions
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
  • A good team player who possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizing and time management skills
  • Can work independently and quickly, with good attention to detail and solutions oriented
  • Good command of spoken and written English desirable
  • Self motivated with initiatives to take on new and additional responsibilities
  • Bachelor degree preferably in a business or related area
