Shipping Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or above in logistics / supply chain or related disciplines
• 10 years’ hands-on experience in handling full set of shipping documents, L/C, I/E and banking documents, Preferably in trading field Minimum 10 years’ experience in leading a shipping team
• Knowledge of SAP system as well as e-systems of Tradelink and HK Customs is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Strong numerical sense, detail-oriented, and able to make good judgments based on different scenarios
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills Good command of both spoken & written
• English and Chinese Immediately available is highly preferred

Job Duties:

• Able to handle full set of I/E documents & L/C documents, custom declaration independently
• Liaise and coordinate with customers, forwarders, factories and warehouse for shipment arrangement
• Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements in routing and delivery
• Monitor shipment schedule to meet customer’s requirements
• Conduct regular review on shipping workflow and provide solution for performance improvement
