We are currently recruiting:
Shopping Centre Officer (Ref:20000032)



  • Organise, monitor and handle all activities related to the management of the Corporation’s shopping malls
  • Carry out day-to-day administration and supervision of operational and management services, including customer service, cleaning, security and maintenance
  • Support promotion activities for the shopping malls





  • Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management or customer service; OR
  • Higher Diploma with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)




  • Required to wear uniforms and perform duties on irregular patterns of hours
  • Candidates with less experience or lower qualification will be considered for the Assistant Shopping Centre Officer
