We are helping our client to look for an independent generalist to join their expanding platform to setting up their second office in HK.

Our Client is an international, reputable company in the digital marketing and communication industry. To cope with their growing business, they are looking for high-caliber, international good team player with excellent language skills to take up the role of HR Generalist (Rec-focus) to handle the HR function in HK office.

Description

  • Closely work with line manager and Provide full set of all level recruitments for Hong Kong Office.

  • Perform full range of HR services including manpower planning, training & development, leave management, employee relations and performance management.

  • Manage daily HR operations ranging from on-boarding process, to regular monthly payroll, taxation and MPF administration.

  • Engage in any other ad hoc projects as required.

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred

  • Minimum 6 years solid experience in human resources

  • Hands-on experience in visa application

  • Proactive, Independent and can work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
