Responsibilities

  • Investigating, troubleshooting, isolating and documenting problems
  • Daily health check for the server & networking equipment
  • Liaise with customers to diagnose and report on problem situations
  • Initiate the appropriate corrective actions using established procedure as emergency needs arise

 

Requirements:

  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • At least 1-3 years’ IT Helpdesk/Support experience
  • Good interpersonal skill and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Good customer services skills to provide excellent service to clients
  • HK Permanent resident is required
