*Social Compliance Manager (garment)

Duties:

  • Report to Factory Manager
  • Responsible for compliance functions of the factory include implement and improvement of the compliance standard, policy and documentation procedure to meet with customer’s standard
  • Ensure the operation align with code of conduct and social ethics standard through regular inspection and reporting
  • Investigate and develop sustainable corrective action for compliance discrepancy
  • Coordinate with human resources, administration and production teams to ensure the operation is in line with customer’s quality specification
  • Responsible for customer’s compliance audit, tracking and follow up
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree or above
  • 5 years or above related solid working experience in social compliance in a garment manufacturing in China
  • Knowledge with US and EU customer’s compliance standards is a must
  • Strong knowledge in ethical standard, labour law, corporate social responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Station in Dongguan
  • Travel between Hong Kong office and China factory
