Position Overview:
This Social Media Executive should be able to articulate the vision of our company. The candidate shall implement the strategy for key accounts, formulate and execute in a tactical manner. He/she shall analyze results of projects and campaigns. Successful candidate needs to be PASSIONATE towards digital media and innovation, personally digital savvy in China market and being a good team player.

Roles and responsibilities:

E-Commerce Marketing

  • Implement the company e-commerce marketing strategies
  • Work within budget for digital marketing spend and track ROI
  • Support customer acquisition by increasing the effectiveness of social media, SEM while identifying new growth opportunities

Social Media & PR

  • Support the team on social media and PR activities by publishing quality post to attract new followers and customers
  • Exploring the new media to engage our consumers and help get more traffic to our website and APP

Digital Marketing Analytics

  • Manage the data and social media analytics reports weekly and monthly
  • Developing insight into the digital footprint and behaviors of current and future growth segments for the purpose of enhancing the quality of traffic delivered to digital platforms
  • Assist business units on new website build projects and advise on optimal SEO to ensure the website consistently ranks highly in the leading search engines and drives traffic

Project support

  • Support deliverables from third party agencies and/or vendors


Requirements:

  • University graduate, 2 years solid experience in digital or e-commerce marketing
  • Experience in China online social media platforms is an advantage, e.g.: Wechat, Weibo & Xiaohongshu
  • Strong project management skills and experience, able to work independently, short timeline and complete projects within required timeframes
  • Passionate, creative, with strong analytical skills with a keen eye to details
  • Multitasker and problem solver
  • Experience in developing digital assets/artwork and photo editing a priority
  • Interested in beauty, fashion and what’s trending
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, flexible and highly adaptable to changes
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese Mandarin and English,Mandarin native a priority
